Our Story

Born from a School’s Problem

We started Kinder Desk after watching a school principal spend her mornings drowning in paper registers, WhatsApp messages, and disconnected with regular updates on digital platforms.

That observation turned into a question: why do schools — institutions that shape every generation — still manage their operations with tools built for general business? We set out to fix that.

Founded in 2016 in Mumbai, Kinder Desk began by building one school’s website. By 2023 we built and have our own inhouse ERP solution for smart schools. Today we are a dedicated agency providing a Smart Web Solutions for Modern Schools served 10+ schools.

We are not a general digital agency that also does schools. We are a school-first company, and that single focus is what makes the difference.

Built the first school website for a International School in Mumbai. Multiple school branches needed seperate operations, forms, analytics.

Childrens Nook

Developed the Play school website based on WordPress CMS.

Priyamvada Taneja Consulting

Built and supported a educational consulting firm lead by Priyamvada Taneja, who consult school for settingup the curriculm.
